• Building Safe Work Environments in Healthcare

In 2025, we worked with Changemark Research + Evaluation to lead staff engagement around workplace safety and supported the development of an internal toolkit around creating safer, affirming and inclusive workplaces at Fraser Health Authority in British Columbia.

Intentional engagement of both leadership and operational staff informed training opportunities and resource development aligned with organizational needs, priorities, current barriers and existing strengths.

  • Brand Engagement for Transformative Change

In our work with Len Pierre Consulting (LPC), a leader in education and organizational development around cultural safety, reconciliation and decolonization, we conducted extensive staff and client engagement and co-developed a shared brand story and strategy. This brand strategy informed the creation of a social media strategy and various brand development initiatives that emphasize building trusting relationships with clients, partners and communities.

This work has supported LPC to make operational and strategic decisions that align more closely with the teams core values and the unique value that they deliver to clients and communities. It has also empowered more consistent service delivery that emphasizes the strengths of their approach and the needs of their clients.

  • Collaborative Service & Operational Design

At Len Pierre Consulting (LPC) we have led engagement around service design to leverage wisdom within the team and collaboratively build infrastructure that works both operationally and for clients. This process integrated brand development, change management and service design into a single collaborative process to efficiently build organizational capacity in growing business areas.

This work has involved restructuring teams meetings to promote collaboration and effective culture, developing policies and protocols that promote organizational health and team wellness, and co-developing service delivery guidelines that ensure consistency, client satisfaction, staff safety and effective risk management.

  • Supporting Curriculum Development for New Group Therapy Programs

Working with Fraser Health Authority and Changemark Research + Evaluation, we supported the development and implementation of group therapy curruciulum to serve 2SLGBTQIA+ and Indigenous clients.

Bringing expertise in knowledge translation, facilitation and curriculum design, we supported the development of knowledge transfer documents, adaptation guidance and other resources to empower clinicians to deliver services in a way that is culturally safer, relevant and client-centered. These supports are intended to empower clinicians to effectively work across diverse experiences.

Let’s start a conversation about working together.
